It's SCBCD 5.0 for EJB 3.0. There is no Head First book for version EJB 3.0. But there are sereval other books like the one form O'Reilly (EJB 3.0 from O'Reilly), Manning (EJB 3.0 in Action) and the Apress (Pro EJB 3.0). Apart from this you have the Specs, Mikalai Zaikin's notes.

There's no killer SCBCD book yet, but the O'Riely books do a good job covering the material. Download the specs, too. It's helpful.

I'm blogging about the exam objectives, and putting in some sample mock scbcd exams. Feel free to check out my progress:

Cameron...why don't you better write a book on EJB 3.0?

I am new to EJB 3.0, yet i had an oppurtunity to look at a kick start tutorial and i now have a overview of it. I also had'nt worked extensively on ejb 2.x but have an idea of it.
Should i read Head First EJB (for 2.x) first and come to EJB 3.0 or is it ok to land directly in any of the books mentioned here. Please help me out.
