Hi All,

I have passed SCBCD5.0 yesterday.
Thanks for the great support that you all have provided here. The exam is easy but few questions are really tricky.
I would like to thank Mr.MZ for his notes and also Enthuware & Javabeat for their good products.
I think my way of preparation won't add any value here as I got very low score.
Once again thank you very much.

I think it adds a lot of value to anyone who is preparing for the exam. I also think you got a high score considering that the pass mark is 61%.
Please share with us how you prepared for the exam and your experience with the actual exam.

Congrats.

My mode of preparation went like this:
First I kicked off the preparation with EJB in Action book.
Then I have taken O'rielly EJB book. Then I have read completely MZ notes.
I didn't read the specs almost. But I did read few chapters like Security,Entity and Session Bean chapters.
In my point of view, after done with the exam, I think, specs are not mandatory. MZ notes is enough.
I think, I would have prepared more for the exam. But anyways, it was done.
Thanks again for your great support.

Hi,
Let me tell my Enthuware mock test results.
I have taken the first test 15 days prior to the actual exam.
I got 48% in that exam. I was confused.
I have taken the next exam 3 days after, and I got 62%.
I have taken the 3rd test 3 days after, I got 67%.
I have taken the 4th test, I got 71%. Last test, I got 75% . I realized that I may end up between 80-85% in the actual exam but I was very upset that I couldn't able to reach the 80 mark
I have read the O'relly and MZ notes quite a number times and developed many test programs. Stick your syllabus and concentrate on transactions & Security. Try to acquire practical knowledge instead of bookish knowledge. More you program, more you get.
Hope this information helps you.
