Carrying on from another thread ( http://www.javaranch.com/ubb/Forum18/HTML/000104.html ), I (jokingly) asked why the new certification is called "Web Component Developer" instead of "Web Component Programmer". Thinking about it further, the difference between CJP and CJD is that CJD is hands-on, but the SCWCD isn't. Something to do with them both having a pre-requisite of CJP perhaps? Any thoughts? Simon
