Hi!!!
Has anyone had any experience with JWeb+ (from enthuware.com) as an aid to the certification? Well, I've heard a lot of good things about JQ+ and I wonder if JWeb+ is also so useful...
Have a nice day,
Mariusz

Dear Mariusz,
I think we have to find out the similarities/differences of JWeb+ and SCWCD@Whiz from this ranch.

I got JWebPlus and i find it quite hard. So far i can't even score 61%, while i did much better on javaranch mock exam, suns trial or whizlabs trial. I also found one question that i did not agree with the answers, and i am still waiting for them to get back to me. Beside i tried it only few times. Maybe that's why my scores are so low...??? We'll see.

Mocca, nice info... u might already know, JQ+ was also tougher than other mocks,free/commercial exam simulators. So it's better to feel it hard so that there remains a way to improve. How did u feel abt the tutorial given with it. I think it'd becoming worht to buy.....

Is there a tutorial included with the JWeb+? If there is, then I would probably buy JWeb+.

Dear Mocca & Ashik,
Even I had to decide whether to take SCWCDWhiz or Jweb+. Are there 300 questions complete. How do u guys fell abt the explanations given.whether it is distributed, I mean can I use in more than 1 machine....SCWCD gives us a license and a unique no, which is I believe is based on the installation key....which u get once u download it.This license no can be used only for the same installation key, so there is no way one can use in more than 1 machine....please advice

JWebPlus you can carry on wherewer you want to. I received no keys or anything like that. All you have to do is pay and they will send you entire working program in email (about 200-300k) i don't remember exactly. I had no problems running it on different PC's.

Hi,
I think you guys are also under misconception. The key with scwcdwhiz is unique but you get separate key to preparet at work/home etc if you need.
I've been preparing at 3 places: home PC and laptop and work PC without paying any extra cost.
People might get feared about their concept, but its one of the concept used by major companies like transcender.com. It gave me even more confidence of the quality of the product.
Hope it helps.
all the best

Ashik, We do not provide any tutorial because all the material that you need for all the exam objectives is right there in the JSP and Servlet specs. And unlike the JLS, these specs are much much more readble/understandable. In fact, we strongly advise to read those specs for preparation because some of the questions that we got in the exams were exactly based on the examples given in the specs.
Rishi, all the questions ( 300+ ) are complete with explanations. From our first hand experience of the exam, we feel that we've covered each objective in as many ways as possible. And our confidance is reflected in our guarantee. But of course, we may do fine tuning based on user feedback. And for that there is free upgrade for 6 months option. Yes, you can install it on multiple machines as long as you are the only one using it.
HTH,
Paul.

Thnx Paul,
I used both J@Whiz and JQ+ and based on that my preference is to JWeb+ . But as i m in Bangladesh (just beside India) i don't want to miss the opportunity to buy it by 600 RS/= instead of $35 but i don't have credit card. Any good option in ur mind?
