Please note that The Java Ranch has a naming policy, described here and "Cool" is not a valid name. Please choose one which meets the requirements.
Thanks.
Get a server that supports Servlet 2.3 and JSP 1.2. Download the Specifications and JavaDocs. Take the Sun Tutorials. Check out additional resources such as JCHQ and Ken's Notes. Try mock exams. Get some good books on Servlets and JSP's. I don't recommend using just one but, if you can only get one, Get one that covers both Servlets and JSP's such as Java Developers Guide to Servlets and JSP by William Brogden or Core Servlets and JSP by Marty Hall.
Find them all on our SCWCD Links page.
And of course, JavaRanch is always a great source
