I have found KZ's notes to be most suitable for me, but I am having trouble converting them from PDF to a Word (or RTF) format. It is taking soooooooo long to do it manually.

I don't suppose anyone on this list has done so? I would like them in an editable format so I can add my own notes.

Thanks for any replies.

Ok, Sherriff, I am in full compliance. If anyone wants a copy of the Word version of these Notes, just drop me a line.

Looking forward to a lot of good discussions with you
Ken would be the one to contact. His email address is in the notes.

I'm sure glad that he's gone. Now I can read this tiny ad in peace!
