Tough question Mohan! Depends on whether u want to pass or learn and how much time u have. But the shortest would cover among the resources given here ---http://www.javaranch.com/scwcdlinks.jsp as i think ---- SERVLET/JSP specification and Java Servlet Programming by Jason Hunter (O'Reilly) and Professional JSP by Wrox. Plz correct me if i missed something....

I don't know if their SCWCD exam software is any good, I haven't seen it yet, but I can assure you that their SCJP exam software was worth every penny!
