A sun tutorial is avaiable from exam point of view.
But some of the person who had passed the exam,say some time you get out of mentioned design patterns too.if u search older messages,you will get messages.

Try Core J2EE patterns. However, I think this book is too much just for exam. It is a very good book to learn design patterns.
