Well, I passed, I am happy about that. I of course would have like a better score, but based on my limited experience, I think it is still fine.
Here is my run down on the test.
I took about 35 minutes to complete the test, and that is with marking 15 question that I went back to.
1. It asked easier questions than I thought. What I mean by that is they didn't go deep into the DTD or the API's. They didn't ask any questions on API methods like getAuthType, isRequestedSessionIDFromCookie, etc.

The questions on the web.xml dtd were limited to the most common tags. same with the .tld file.
What surprised my was the number of questions on Javabeans.
I did get 100% on Secure Web Applications and Reusable Web Components, but I got a 20% on using Javabeans, and a 33% on Thread-safe Servlets(probably only 3 questions), which I thought I knew pretty well.
All the other areas are above the passing line.
Here is my study method, I studied for about the last 2 months. I spent an average of only 1 hour per day, some days I did 3 hours, some days none. I have no experience in writing Servlets or JSP pages.
I read all the notes that are in the links, I also read the 2 Sun Specifications. I took all the mock exams, I did not buy any of the commercial ones though, just used their demo versions.
Eduardo's exam is too tough and asks a lot of questions that is not in the Sun Objectives sheet.
Anand's exam is very close to the actual test.
I used Ersin's deployment chart, which helped me memorize all the tags. Seeing them graphically helped alot. However they didn't ask me a lot of questions on the dtd.
There were only 4 Design Patterns questions. I got 3 of them right. One tricked me.
Thanks Satya, Ersin, Ashik, Anand, and everyone else here at Javaranch.
Thanks
Mark

I don't think the initial survey influenced the questions. I hope not.
