Dear fellows,
Today I have cleared the WCD exam by 94%.
Exam was quite interesting. and as expected...
i have got 3 questions in the form of blanks . and 4 questions of Patterns including one pattern that are not in syllabus .
Overall the exam is fine
i was doubtful in one question. and i have got 56 correct out of 59 .
the questions i have doubt is about "Limitations in distribution of Web applications".
and rest of the questions are fine.
basically i have started preparation of servlets from 2 books
Inside Servlets and Java Servlet Programming
and for JSP i followed Fields book , Web Development with java server pages.
this book is very good but i have used the old version that covers 1.1 specs.
its covers all important stuff in first 6 chapters other then custom tags which is covered in last 2 chaps..
and i have used jweb+ and specs 2.3 and 1.2 for servlets and jsps .
Thanks to all Ranchers at this forum by sharing their experiences ,which help me alot .during my preprations .
and for to the links available at java ranch site .
Regards,
Kamran
