Hi!
I am confused. I have this question:
You want to use a bean that is stored in com/enthu/GUI.ser file. Which of following correctly defines the tag to access it?
And the answer is:
<jsp:useBean id="pref" beanName="com/enthu/GUI" />
But in the specification beanName need type also.
beanName="{ package.class | <%= expression %> }" type="package.class"
Can some body explain me?
Thank you in advance.

DUH? Whats there to explain. Who ever gave you that answer probably has his/her own J2EE independent implementation.
Or its a typo....
Or they are just plain stupid......
Or they like doing mistakes.......
Or they just like giving false info.....
Or they .........
For what its worth.............
- madhav.........finding it very difficult to shut-up!

Seconded -- the type is mandatory here. Mistake.
