taglib entries in web.xml  RSS feed

can we have multiple taglib entries in web.xml file
i tried using one more taglib entry and it did not affected
the jsp file which was running smoothly previously also

If you look in the servlet 2.3 spec, SRV.A.2 on page 240, you will see in the DTD:The star behind "taglib" means that you can have zero, one or more taglib entries. So: yes.
In a JSP 1.2 container, though, you will need to use taglib entries much less often, because the container automatically reads all *.tld files it can find, extracts the uri (if given) and sets up taglib mappings for them (see JSP.7.3.4).
