Answers like "None of above" and "All of above"...

I'm wondering if there are many such answers in a real exams.
You know what I mean.
You have 4 options and 5th says "None of above" or "All of above" and an actual valid answer is that 5th.

I didn't get a lot of questions with the option "None of the above", and I never picked that option. (Scored 56 out of 59)

I took the exam 3 days back...got 86%.
I didn't have a single question with the options "None of the Above" or "All of the above"
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
