Hey guys,
I passed SCJP2 last week.......looks like learning core java alone can't fetch any job.I have never done any programming job so this all is very new to me.Can somebody please enlighten on the potential oppourtunities after doing SCWCD.
What is an average time to study for SCWCD?
What are the books used to prepare for this exam???
Kindly suggest,
TIA
Tanuja

I think 4-5 months will be enough .. but it always depends on person .. some might take 1 month and other might take 1 yr.. its not that ..1 yr guy is weak or something else .. but .. it all depends on person.
I think you should also try http://groups.yahoo.com/group/java-dev-test/
there u might get some practical experence..
AW all the best

Hi All,
I am also jumping in the pool. Passed SCJP2 just yesterday and new to programming like Tanuja. But I am planning to take SWCD exams by end August. Starting my preparations from zero in SCWD.
