There are no JSP specific certifications. To understand and work with JSPs, you need to know how servlets work, since JSPs are eventually converted to servlets.
Sun calls servlets and JSPs as web components and the most valued certification for web components is Sun's SCWCD. After all, what certification can be better for servlets and JSPs than the one from the guys who started it all.
