Hi, I've checked the sun website for a proper syllabus for the exam and all I found was a vague list of topics and under each topic, instead of what was covered in each topic, it had a few questions and answers nothing else. If anyone could recommend where I could find an indepth syllabus or better still, send it to me directly, I would be grateful. Thank you, Ali.
Ali I assume you meant this page is what you found: http://suned.sun.com/US/certification/java/exam_objectives.html#web That is a about as detailed an explanation of the test as you're going to get. They don't want you to study a specific thing, they want you to know a whole topic. If they told you exactly what was going to be on it then the test would have no value as all we'd have to do is memorize the answers.

Ali I've not read the Manning book but I have heard good things about it. You can also check here for some other certification books that might interest you. Good Luck
