hi all,
I got 84% for JavaRanch's Sun Certified Web Component Developer Mock Exam. Just wondering if I'm ready for the real exam? Thanks for your advice.
Regards
Waldle

In my experience, the mock exams on Java Ranch are a good starting point, but are not as difficult as an actual exam. JWhiz has some good tests, although you have to pay for them. I would do a search for mock exams on the web, take a few of those. If you can fair well on several different exams, you are ready.

Have you tried Sun mock exam? I took the exam a year ago. It is not hard to pass. But you have to cover all the content in objective..
You will never be ready to score 100%.

Yes good measure are the Mock Tests. Although there are free mocks available but not of quality like SCJP.
Grab one of the good books; the latest entry by Wrox from the author of famous Servlets book is a good companion not only for the exam but otherwise as well.
Do give time for memorising various DTD elements and the relationship between them.

George
