Folks, the publisher has a web page for the book which includes a somewhat active discussion forum. You may want to post this question there. Actually I remember somebody asking this but they weren't sure when it would be available.

this link You may also buy a softcopy version in PDF, which is give or take half the price of the hardcopy. However I believe the softcopy is not printable.
