hi,
if I want to secure a web application declaratively, I can specify a security-constraint in the deployment descriptor, and as part of that, is can set the <transport-guarantee> in the <user-data-constraint>.
if I set the <transport-guarantee> to NONE everything is working fine; however if I try to set the <transport-guarantee> to INTEGRAL or CONFIDENTIAL, I can't reach my application

Integral or Confidential, in practical terms, means that the resource is accessible only using https.
