Hi SCWCD candidates!
The few patterns that you need to know for the exam are sufficiently covered in the SCWCD-Exam Study Kit by Deshmukh and Malavia. They are MVC (of course), Value Object, Data Access Object, Business Delegate, and Front Controller. If you need more detail that what is provided see the Core J2EE Patterns book by Alur, crupi, and Malks.
