SCWCD Exam Study Kit (Deshmukh) - Need Hard Copy of Quick Exam Prep Appendix

Hi
I was wondering if anyone knows how to get a hard copy of the Quick Exam Prep in the Appendix of the Deshmukh book. I don't want to annotate my book and I only need these pages to take on the train to read and keep everything fresh in my head. I'd rather not resort to photocopying and the PDF does not allow printing.
A rather mundane posting but I'd find it quite useful nevertheless.

How is it possible that you can pass a cert exam and you can't print a few pages from a pdf file (even if it has a printing option disabled)? I don't want to propagate a piracy but as I understood you had your own copy of this book, right? So, remove a master password from this file, my friend...

Can you remove the master password of a PDF file? I have a similar problem with the SCWCD Exam Study Kit.
