I was just wondering how difficult the SCWCD exam is. I have passed the SCJP exam and have most of my java experience doing server side java. I have however built several private web pages using JSP/Servlets and mySQL. I plan on taking it regardless, I was just curious how hard it was and if it requires much studying.

Just about everyone who has passed SJCP and uses this forum has said that this is a lot easier. And of course you have to have passed SJCP in order to take this. From what I've seen over last 3 months or so that I've been on this forum the consensus is that if you study the Deshmukh book and/or the specs it should be relatively easy. In fact a number of people have said that they think it may really be too easy, in the sense of watering down its value.
But I haven't yet taken it so I can't speak from my own experience. Ask me in a couple of weeks though. I hope I still think it's easy then! Though I really have no reason to think otherwise.
Also you might take a look in the results forum to see the scores posted. Most of them seem to be fairly high for this exam.
