We know , Integral or Confidential, in practical terms, means that the resource is accessible only using https. but what is the really difference is ? Is there any exam ask on it?

Hello!
"Integral" means that is is not possible to change the data in transit.
"Confidential" means that it is not possible to read the data for
a third party (that is no requirement for "Integral" transport). These requirents are declared in the deployment descriptor of a webapp.
Both are more functional requirements and both are normally satisfied by the
use of SSL (https). It is at least possible in the near future, that other
technologies appear that can help to support these requirements.
