And naing we can c this fact .. we r really learning something with our discussions.. it makes work fast .. and it increases the thinking process.... i would like to encourage all people there to participate more ..... I Persoanlly think that the participation level is very less in this forum as compared to what its should be... May be i m worng...or the people out there are perfect so dont need any Sharing....
