Filters on Exam????

Hello all
I have the SCWCD study kit and ive read the objectives for the exam. Now my questiion is, do i have to know what and how filters work for the exam, becoz i havent got my time and i plan to sit the exam next week. can i get away with skipping this chapter??? Has anyone came across any filter questions???

I believe u r doing for the current version of SCWCD, rn't u? Of course u can skip filter part for it, if u don't have time to study it... But it's good to know some basic concepts about it. It may help u in the objective about the Design Patterns.....
As for me, I am going to the new SCWCD and it is a must for me to study the details about the filters..

For the new version of the SCWCD exam, which will be available early in 2004, there will be several objectives concerning filters. The objectives for the new version of the SCWCD exam should be available soon. I'd guess in the next 3-8 weeks, but it's ONLY A GUESS !! - Nobody gets to hold me to it!!
We'll post info on this forum as it becomes available...
