22,Jan to 23 Jan is chinese new year,
In Singapore(I am there), 21 Jan(afternoon) to 23 Jan is public holiday,
I dont think prometric testing center will be open on these days.
so there are only two days in the first week(actually the first two days of 19,Jan and 20 Jan).
I think it will be even more public holidays in China(Mainland), Taiwan and Hongkong and other asia countries.

So I plan to take the exam at the Monday of second week, will it be still safer, As Bert Bates doest not take it into account the asia country's holidays when he dit the prediction

I think this does not a matter.
In fact, in Hong Kong, there are centers open during Chinese New Year, except the first day of the New Year. Thus, it wont affect my schedule.
Nick.
