Can anybody tell me, the best book for the preparation of SCWCD.

The SCWCD study kit, by Deshmuk and Malavia used to be the best book form preparation for the old version of the exam.
Now, with the new version, most people are using the specification and waiting for the next head first SCWCD (or maybe another version of the study kit) to prepare. It'll come up soon..
