Is EL API exlcluded in the beta?

As far as I see, there is no exam objective about the EL API... It means that we don't need to study ExpressionEvaluator, Expression, FunctionMapper and VariableResolver... Is it correct?
Any personal opinion on it is welcome, especially from those who've taken the beta exam... Thanks a million...

Don't worry about the EL Api, focus on the EL expressions.

the EL API is out of scope of the test
