SCWCD Exam Query

I am keen to take the SCWCD Exam. I have viewed the exam objectives at the Sun site : http://suned.sun.com/US/certification/java/java_web.html. I have learned that the exam objectived might be changed. Is this true? if yes how long it might take for the new exam to come in the market.
