Come on Guys!! Cheer up. Its a pretty scary high score with all new EL, JSTL and a couple of filter questions. But lets all wish one another and hope that we all pass...
P.S: I too want to as its quite obvious that I don't need to check(spent hardly 4 days revising), but thought no one is there to lift the spirits

62% is the overall standard. In fact, the passing rate of almost all exams are higher than 60%, except SCJP 1.4 (I really wonder why it is so low ).
However, dont forget one thing: If there are some errors in the questions, I think we will still get the points for that (just like bonus), since the question is wrong.
Thus, you will feel that it is really not that difficult to pass if we know and work with Servlets and JSPs. As Evelyn said, Beta exam is not for beginner, but experienced person.

If a lot of people are worrying about SCWCD Beta result, what about in SCMAD? As for me, I feel like I will surely pass the exam... But I'm not sure about the SCMAD... I couldn't do well in SCMAD....

Hi all,
Anyway, cheer up!!!
Always remember, if you think you can, then you can! Otherwise ...
Anyway, I forget to ask, what is the *real* meaning of Sat morning? US time or MST time?

Nick, I think it's U.S. time... Seems like everything is based on U.S. time... Survey period, Beta Exam period and result as well are based on U.S. time...

*sighs* Just means now I can be all depressed at the Cheasapeake Regional for FIRST with my future inlaws after I fail. (Or sitting around moping all day waiting to get the result, if it's not up before I leave for Annapolis.) Ah, well, whatcha gonna do, right?
I just remember when I went for the original SCWCD and how overconfident I was that I'd pass... and how I failed by one question. Bah. Of course it doesn't hurt that we can always take the test out of beta, but it would be nice to pass for free...

Hi Again,
All I just looked in the Prometric database and the exam scores are not posted yet on the site.
I am not sure where some of you are getting the information about passing of failing the (310-081) Sun Certified Web Component Developer for J2EE 1.4 exam. If you are getting your scores, can someone please email me at [email protected] and tell me where you are getting the info from, much appreciated!
Thanks.
Evelyn

Hi Evelyn,
We do not get the score yet.
But when we login into the prometric site: www.2test.com, in the candidate history, I saw the status of SCWCD 1.4 beta changed from *Tested* to *Passed*. Thus, I guess I have passed.
Is that the true result?
Nick

Hi Eduardo,
I am afraid you checked with a wrong record.
The record you posted is SCJP 1.4, did in 31 Mar, 2003!
It is not the result of SCWCD 1.4
Please double check it.

All,
I just spoke with Prometric, orginally they told me scores were not going to be ready until Saturday, March 20 - what I informed you. Prometric commited a huge mistake and aplogized to me profusely.
To your advantage they have posted the scores on the www.2test.com site. I havd told them to make the scores availabe on the I7 database for your view as well.
Sorry for any confusion.
Good Luck everyone!
Evelyn

Same problem with me Vijay. Prometric showed "Passed", but I7 did'nt even show whether I took the exam I7 is making
Which one the exact? Prometric Candidate History, I7 or 2Test?
Prometric: Passed
I7: Did'nt have any history that I took the exam
2test: Don't know how to check?

Prometric said they would have the results in I7 today, that means it would probably take at least 10 hours before you see it in that database.
Thanks.
