Planning to take the SCWCD exam next after clearing the SCJP 1.4. Would someone help me with a list of books for the certification?
Thanks,
Sandhya

There is currently no books for SCWCD 1.4. If you wanna take this exam, you can refer to:
Servlet part: SCWCD Exam Study Kit, by Mr. Deshmukh
JSP part: JavaServer Page, by Mr. Bergsten
Design pattern: Core J2EE Patterns, by Mr. Alur
Servlets 2.4 specification
JSP 2.0 specification
JSTL 1.1 specification
Kathy and Bert are going to release their excellent Head First series for this exam during May/June. The name of the book is Head First JSP and Servlets. Stay tune.
For SCWCD 1.3, the only book you need is SCWCD Exam Study Kit, by Mr. Deshmukh. It covers all objectives for 1.3 exam.

Thanks a lot Nicholas and Sairam.
I am now wondering whether to give 1.3 or the beta version of 1.4. i guess there are no books available for 1.4 at this point.

Sandhya ,
SCWCD 1.4 is now in production, it not beta.
Just look here.
And this web-site may be useful for SCWCD 1.4 preparation.
If you wish take SCWCD 1.3 - I can say that it's much easier than SCWCD 1.4 .
Cheers !
