Will I be a good in SCWCD exam if I am passed the Sun Developer exam or it doesnt matter?
I mean will it help being Sun certified developer to become a J2EE Programmer or taking Web Component exam? Or I need only to focus on one?
If I will be a Java Developer then just focus there.
Or if I want to become a J2EE guru, I dont really need to have to get the Java Developer exam?

You don't need to take the SCJD test to get prepared for the SCWCD test. They are like apples and oranges.
Try to figure out what you want to do with your java knowledge - if you want to become a web developer (then stick to SCWCD) or want to develop desktop applications based on client server technology and database access (want to do that?). Doing the SCJD won't hurt you if you have the time and energy to take it.
Taking the SCWCD followed by the SCBCD (EJB's) will keep you more focussed on the J2EE path and prepare you for SCJEA down the line.
Again it all depends on your focus.
Hope this helps,

NO. SCJD focuses on J2SE, while SCWCD focuses on Serlvets and JSP in J2EE. Thus, they are in fact unrelated exams.

You can focus on either one, depends on your choice, whether you wanna write Java applications with RMI, or Web applications using Servlets and JSPs.
Of course, if you can learn some programming skills, and design patterns, it helps to enrich your programming skills and design skills, which may applicable to J2EE applications. But, this is not a must.

If I will be a Java Developer then just focus there.

As I said, SCJD, SCWCD, SCBCD focus on different aspects, you really need to think what cert. path you wanna get in.
