Has anyone done both of these series of exams? I'm doing the 7 JWebPlus/Enthuware exams and they're good but will they be "enough" is the question I'm currently asking myself.

Jeff,

I can speak only for the Enthuware JWebPlus tests. If you are consistently scoring above 80%, you should get a good score in the real test. I found many questions really close to the real test.

Just my opinion.

I am preparing for the SCWCD 1.4 and I was wondering also if the JWebPlus mock exam on the jdiscuss website are really sufficient to crack the exam.

I think their exams are good but they provides always how many answers we have to answers... and I do not see very much drag and drop... and not so many questions about the new topics added. I feel like if I am doing not so well an easy exam That is why probably I am not so confident even if I scored in general between 80% and 90% for their mock exams.

Could you please tell me if there are many questions about the new topics:
EL, JSTL, Tag files, Simple Tag handler ?

and about the j2ee pattern, how many questions do you think you add ?

I have heard the J2ee pattern questions are very hard to answer, is that true ?

Thanks in advance for you response,
hope that will make me feel more confident

The split up across the 5 papers are 40 in EL, 25 in patterns, 40 in obj 9 ( nearly half in JSTL), 40 in obj 10( 15 to 20 in simple tag handlers).
You can actually see the breakup in the detail page

Regarding DND, there are nearly 25 to 30 DND questions spread across 5 papers. Most of them are expert level questions.

If you understand the scenarios and the pros/cons of a pattern, the questions can be easily answered.
