I have found some errors in the text and I was wondering where we should formally post this errata for the authors and publishers?

On the O'Reilly site would be GREAT -- that would be a huge help for everyone working with the book, and definitely a huge help for the authors.

The place to submit errata for this book is:
HF Servlets & JSP page

Note that sometimes it can take a few days before it officially shows up.

We aren't always able to keep up with all the posts here on javaranch, so if you mention it here but nowhere else, there's a chance that we won't get it.

Thanks for asking!

cheers,
Kathy

Ok, so from now onwards, I'm gonna submit the mistakes to the official errata page while posting it here too.

This way, the authors can keep track of them in a single place while the rest of the folks here can also get it in here (in case they missed the official O'Reilly errata page).

So Kathy, can I assume for the few mistakes I posted here would get sent to the official page by you guys? Or do I have to submit them officially?

Hello,

I would greatly appreciate it if you posted what you have found to the official page. I am handling the errata for HFS. I have a full time job and do not have a lot of time to commit to reading and posting to this forum, so I might miss your comments.

Thanks,
Bryan
