Whizlabs customer service issue

I bought the whizlab exams for SCWCD and am having issues with their customer service. For security reasons, they want us to download the s/w and then email support the license number and registration number in order to get a UCF number. I have emailed them almost 5-6 times and they dont reply to any of my e-mails. I have no clue how to get this resolved. Has anyone else had a similar issue? Can anyone suggest what to do.

I bought this for a friend and he has his exam in a week or so. It's just terrible that they dont reply to any emails. When I bought the s/w for myself, the customer service was much more prompt. Unfortunately for him, the UCF number hasnt come through. Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hi Shalini,
My apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Your problem is of utmost concern to us. I have just checked with Customer Support Team and got to know that they have already sent you UCF thrice. May be e-mail is not reaching to you. Please provide us with alternate email id so that we can help as early as possible.
