I bought the whizlab exams for SCWCD and am having issues with their customer service. For security reasons, they want us to download the s/w and then email support the license number and registration number in order to get a UCF number. I have emailed them almost 5-6 times and they dont reply to any of my e-mails. I have no clue how to get this resolved. Has anyone else had a similar issue? Can anyone suggest what to do.
I bought this for a friend and he has his exam in a week or so. It's just terrible that they dont reply to any emails. When I bought the s/w for myself, the customer service was much more prompt. Unfortunately for him, the UCF number hasnt come through. Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
