The preface has an email address to request:

If you would like to have PDF (printable eBook for Adobe Acrobat Reader) version or CHM (single file copy of web-site to browse offline) version of SCWCD Study Guide, please, contact me.

[edited to put quotes around what MZ states in preface because Nick replied with one of those finger wagging graemlins. I was not trying to say that people should contact ME to get a copy!]

You should not distribute those files without the permission of MZ.

Hey guys !!!

Feel free to redistribute material as much as you wish.
I was using some people's notes (if somebody remeber, for example,
*excellent* SCWCD 1.3 notes from Alx Dark).

People on JavaRanch who give selflessly, without looking for a reward, inspired me very much.

And as a token of appreciation, I shared my material which I was using in my preparation. Don't use it with commercial purpose, anything else is allowed - share, print, create PDFs, JPEGs, SVGs, etc...

Best regards,
MZ

As you are the honour author of HF S&J, I would like to receive some comments from you.

How would you rate the difficulty this book? Easy or intermmediate?

Which sections or chapters you love most?

Any interesting things in the book you could share with me?

LOL !!!

Kathy said this not meaning particularly "HF S&J", but in general all "HF" series

Well, it was a *joke*

I did not write a line in any HF book actually, just gave some feedback on HF EJB some time ago, and Kathy liked it ....

So, better ask people whose names are on the cover...

regards,
MZ
