Does head first servlets and JSP book comes with a cd , I mean the whole book on the CD.

No, Head First Servlets and JSP has no CD inside.

It would be nice if it comes with a CD , especially for me I want to read it when I am in the office.It is much easy reading on computer instead of book some times.
I think SCJP book by the same authors comes with the CD.

Yes, the SCJP book has a CD. But don't forget the books come from diferent publishers.
