Dear folks,

I have the following question, I am trying to understand JSPContext. Is it like ServletContext that various copies of the same JSP run under the same JSPContext ? just like various copies of the same servlet run under the same servlet context (or app context)? How would I visualize it or place it in terms of architecture ?

How is pagecontext similar to servletConfig? Each JSP has a page context just like each copy of a servlet has its own servletConfig.

Hello,

I think the JspContext is not like ServletContext. It is just a superclass of pageContext. It abstracts all the information ( such as attributes in page scope) which are not related to Servlet. so it is realted to particular page and not the ServletContex ( in JSP application scope)

Thanks
