I had prepared for the exam 315-080, however I have ended up with the new syllabus for 315-081! I am planning to give my exam this/next week. The additional topics I know of are >>>
- Filters
- Tag Files
- Simple Tag
- EL
- JSTL
Q1. Please let me know if theres anything I have missed out?
Q2. Also please let me know if this exam is tougher than the previous exam?

Hi,

I was doing the same exercise last month. My exam was yesterday. I must say that this new exam needs more understanding of concepts than just remembering method signatures.

I can add the changes in patterns to your list.

It required J2EE Design Patterns in the exam too.
Among them are:

- MVC
- Front Controller
- Business Delegate
- Service Locator
- Facade
- Itercepting Filter
- DAO

I thought this was changed in the new exam. Does the new exam also expect method signatures to be memorized?

I was reading some old posts where people had severe problems with this drag-and-drop Qs.
- Could someone please let me know if the problem has been fixed ?
- Also is it true that u loose all the answers u have marked already in the DnDs when u go back to review them ?
- Approx how many DnD shld one expect in this exam?
- Which of the mock exams have a hands on for the DnDs?
