Hi all,
i need help from all the ranchers who started their job career after completing SCJP or SCWCD .recently i have completed SCJP and now preparing for SCWCD .parallely i want to search for jobs(this advice was given by ranchers)but facing problems in preparing my resume.i'm not having any job experience.can u forward ur resumes to my id( msgtoss@yahoo.com ).it will be great help for me.And i need ur advice, in which areas i have to be strong while facing the interviews.

Do not under any circumstances say that you have no experience. Make an impressive web-site that runs on JSP's and servlets and say you did it free-lance. Get involved in open-source projects and then you talk about your experiences as working in a disributed team but never ever say you have no experience. That would be death before life.
 
With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
