Passed the SCWCD 1.4 exam today with 78% !! Not a great score but I am satisfied..

Head First book (had read it once last year, read it again over the last 3 weeks)
Enthuware software ($35) - was very helpful -- the exam complexity was very close to the questions on this package

During the exam, I got a drag and drop question which was blank !! The question was visible but there were no entries to drag and drop.. I wonder if anyone else had a similar experience?

I would like to thank the members of this forum for answering my questions.

I want to learn Struts in more detail than what was provided in the HFS book. Any suggestions? online resources?

Vishal,

You need to inform Sun about the blank question. Include in your correspondence to Sun the Test Center ID and location. Did you notify the test administrator while still at the testing center? If you did, you stand a fair chance at recieving extra points on the exam because they would have documented it. If not you should notify Sun anyway, as this could affect other examiners.

Ram,
I have been working on J2EE technologies for a while and really did all my preparation from the HFS book(last 3 weeks). If you read this book thoroughly, you will be able to answer most questions on the exam. But there were a few questions(4 to 5) that were not covered anywhere in the book..
There are a lot of free resources available on the net for practice exams - but for $35 Enthuware gives you more than 450 questions with well explained answers. If you practice those questions, you won't miss many questions on the exam..I highly recommend it..
hope this helps,

Paul,
I did inform the test center guys about the blank question and gave them the question number.
I will contact Sun today and inform them of the problem too..

You might consider the book Struts: The Complete Reference.
