frankflysky java,

You need to contact the Prometric Testing Center in your locality and mention your problem. The representative there may be able to help you. In any case, nothing can be done unless you get hold of your ID, which I believe to be possible with a proper approach. You may also want to send an e-mail to Sun (check out the Sun Ed site for info) with your problem.

By the way, the authorities here will require you to change your name to something more sensible.

Regards,
Saket

chowdary,
Let's not forget that JavaRanch is a friendly place for Java greenhorns. While I agree with your sentiment, instead of being rude and abusive, it would be more appropriate to point him towards the JavaRanch Naming Policy.

frankflysky java,
In addition to the name change, it is also courtesy to post meaningful topic titles. "Any one can help!" doesn't indicate what your problem may be, and many people may simple skip over the topic as a result. A better title might be something like "I've lost my candidate ID."

In answer to your question, Saket was correct. You need to contact Prometeric and they should be able to point you in the right direction.

frank,

I saw that you changed your name, but it still does not comform to the JavaRanch naming policy. Please check it out and change it appropriately.

u can re-register on the prometric website with the correct name & other information. U can use the new id while registering for the exam.
I have 2 different prometric ids for scjp and scwcd.
