Hi Shravan,

Book: Head First Servlets & JSP

Plus... Download Servlet/JSP Specifications

With 1 yr+ exp plus 15-20 hr/week, completing book would not take much time, probably 4-5 weeks.

After that give at least 700-750 mock questions to secure good score in the exam. Book mark following links n your browser for mock exams.

I went to that site and was really impressed. Doing a few of the "study" tests showed me just how little I know.

And then I noticed that the site focuses on preparing you for the J2EE 1.3 exam.... The questions are still very useful since most of them are very relative to the 1.4 certification, but there will be some mighty big omissions.
