Has anybody had this problem ?? I purchased two exams. I also entered the priority code but I did not get the 25% discount. I got the invoice which showed a 5% discount. I also emailed them about this .I am on phone with them now. I bought 2 exams to take advantage of this offer.
Hi Nikita, I had the same problem. I got the 5% discount instead of the 25%. I called them and when i spoke to the customer representative he said that the promotion code was not submitted. But iam pretty much sure that i have submitted the code WW45JCE when i bought the voucher.
Now the Customer representative has put in a request which would take a very small amount of time like 7-10 weeks to process that. Bye Murali.

yeah that's correct. They first of all started telling me how it never happens and all that ... that i have not entered in the code. .... Then they tell me okay .. it will take 8-10 weeks for the whole refund. I am really surpeised as to how is that that such a huge corporation will have errors like that ..... Can't these people write a simple code ..... Then take all the time in the world for a refund. So don't forget to go after them in Aug. if you still haven't recd your refund .....
