Hi ranchers

Finally I have taken the exam today after two days of struggle with the prometric guy. Server was down for two days. I got 91%.

My Sincere thanks to Kathy, Bates and Basham for giving such a wonderful book.

I also want to extend my thanks to Mikalai Zaikin and all the ranchers who make this forum LIVE.

I should have got 93% since 2 questions were wrong in the exam. One of the questions was drag and drop on JSP Standard actions which doesnt have a proper answer.Like, the standard action tags that were given were not properly closed with a '/'. For another question only one answer was correct but they asked me to choose 2. Anyway I am satisfied with the score.

My preparation went like this.

(1). Studied the HFSJ book 2 times. And a revision before the exam.
(2). Gone through MZ notes. Amazing notes.
(3). Referred JSP specs where ever I had doubt.
(4). Took lots n lots of mock exams over net. Even I took mocks that are available for 310-080.

My preparation time is 3 months roughly since in between I was tight with my work. Next I am planning to go for SCBCD. I am planning to start the preparation after a short break. All the best for all those who are preparing.

Congrats Narayanan.. Its a very good score..

Thanks for giving a brief about how you prepared and how much time it took you to achieve this milestone..
I was looking for this information only Like.

1. How to start , what to start with.?
2. How much prepartion is required.?
3. How much time it will take..?
4. Is only one book sufficient or we need to refer 2 - 3 books.
5. where to find mock test ?
6. Which areas are more critical/difficult in exam.
7. Special attention to any specific area while preparation.

I got most of the answers from your descriptions. Thanks alot.
