Hi,

I am going to appear for the exam tomorrow. And I gave HFSJ Mock exam and got 55%.

am I ready for the exam??? I know that there is 20% difference between the marks of HFSJ and actual exam.

I am constantly getting 70% to 80% in JWEBPLUS mocks.

I am not able to understand, should I go for the exam tomorrow or not.

Please advise.

Thanks

55% is a marginal score, it is better to revise the sections once more. I did the same thing. I was scoring very low, and I am taking my exam after 2 weeks of more revision.
Anyways, if you are in no hurry, wait and go.

you might want to look at other posts on how much they got on their hf mock exam, and how much on real exam.

btw, if your exam is tomorrow, you are minutes away from no longer being able to reschedule your exam(or maybe your time has ran out, and can no longer resked it). so better decide soon. you may check sun's or prometric website on how far back, how many hours back from exam you can resked your exam....i think it is something like 24hrs from usa time of you sked.

Although the HFS&JSP score + 20% = Exam Score rule tends to hold true for many members in this forum, most of them were scoring in the 60s and 70s in HFSJ. I would look at the areas in which you are not scoring very well and revisit them. If you are consistantly scoring in the 50's in every objective, you may want to reread the book.

Good Luck with your exam.

I think it is better to revise your weak areas.

Hi Friends,

Thanks for your advise.

But being advised by you all not to appear too soon, I still appeared for the exam today and got 76%. So, 20% equation still holds.
