disabling scripting

P332 , Q13 says that : You can disable scripting at application at application level. I feel it is true but according to answer it is not true. Pls suggest where i am going wrong.

What the option B says is, we will be able to disable scripting ONLY at the application level. This is wrong. Give importance to the word, 'ONLY'. You can also disable scripting at an individual JSP file level. Thus option B is not correct.

page 319 says : the only way to invalidate scripting now is through the <scripting-invalid> DD tag
