Can any one clarify me these questions?

1)Is there a way to display all servlet mappings defined in web.xml and internally by container.?

2)Also is there a way to add our own servlet-mapping in some start-up servlet by reading some configuration file?

3) Is the meaning exact match in url-pattern including extension?
I mean if i have url pattern as <url-pattern>/test/abc.html</url-pattern> match for
http:localhost:8080/context/test/abc?

4) is directoy match look for "/" also?
I mean if i have url pattern as <url-pattern>/test/files/*</url-pattern> match for
http:localhost:8080/context/test/files/ or http:localhost:8080/context/test/files both?
