IS Design patterns covered by HFSJ is enough for the exam. if you guys have any material please inform me. i am having my exam on this 7th NOV.

You can refer the points in sun blue print of j2ee patterns

also has patterns notes.

you need to know session facade, DAO from other sources as they are not covered in HFSJ.

Just know why when to use and their advantages. NO body is going ask from code or write code.
