I am currently preparing for SCWCD exam and just took the "JavaRanch SCWCD Mock Exam". The results:
"Exam Complete! You got 23 answers correct out of 25. You scored 92
Congratulations you recieved a passing score."

My question is how close these ("JavaRanch SCWCD Mock Exam") questions are in terms of difficulty-level to the real SCWCD? Any one who has used this practice test and passed the real exam, please provide your comments!

Thanks!

Hi Jinesh/Rishi,
I can say following things about that JavaRanch Mock Exam.
  • If you repeat twice, thrice you will get mostly same questions as they pick up randomly from the available list of questions in database.
  • I think it is written for SCWCD1.3 and not updated for SCWCD1.4, atleast it doenst say anything about version. I am guessing this as I never saw questions there from JSP 2.0 or Servlets 1.4
  • This exam is little easy compared to Original exam. If you practice with tough mock exams you can find Original exam as easy otherwise you can get questions in original exam as easy or little complex than JavaRanch mockexam
  • Last, Always you can come to know some information from any MockExams, let it be as simple as JavaRanch.

  • HTH.
